Responsibilities:
We are searching for an accomplished sales executive to drive new revenue by growing Tapjoy's European publisher base. This experience Director will be responsible for closing new businesses with App Developers/Publishers as well as managing a team responsible for meeting the demands of multiple customers. This is an exciting opportunity to help build the largest mobile publishing company in the world.
- Provide strategic leadership and partner with HQ management to identity new opportunities.
- Qualify and develop inbound leads and convert them into customers
- Contribute to the growth and development of Tapjoy’s products and services
- Develop, maintain, and guide publishers on company’s product offerings and services.
- Represent Tapjoy at industry events and conferences across Europe
- Forecast revenue growth; achieve revenue goals as defined by management
- Execute in a fast-paced, team environment
- Management experience from hiring and training staff; to achieving and exceeding desired revenue goals
Requirements:
- Preferably have 8+ yrs Lead Generation/Sales Development, Marketing or Sales experience, preferably in the social media ecosystem (app development, online advertising, gaming, etc.)
- Smart, creative, and assertive individual who can work well in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and get things done with and without structure.
- Strong results oriented work ethic with a strong can-do attitude
- Hands on experience both in management and individual contributor roles
- Energetic, conscientious, and enthusiastic persona with strong problem solving skills.
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience and aptitude with salesforce.com
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with a customer-focused attitude
