Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Monetization Analyst to provide analytic leadership and support to our Developer Relations team. The position reports to the Head of Analytics and will be a key contributor to the Business Intelligence team with significant exposure to senior management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop analytic framework and KPI to measure in-app user behavior
- Create LTV and ROI models to quantify user value relative to acquisition cost
- Conduct ad hoc analysis for account managers partners
- Create performance dashboards for internal and external audiences
- Enable publishing partners with data, insight, and analysis to improve their revenues
- Design and execute various A/B tests and consolidate results to define best practices
- Conduct diagnostics and yield analysis on ad delivery systems
- Gather and justify evolving data and reporting requirements
- Advise on continuous process improvement
- Proactively analyze network data in search of business insight
- Execute in a fast-paced, team environment
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree. MBA or additional professional certification preferred
- Strong foundation in statistics
- Knowledge of social media, gaming and online advertising highly desirable
- Proficient with SQL
- Deep understanding of online/mobile advertising dynamics
- MicroStrategy experience a plus
- Understanding of monetization KPI for apps/games
- Experience designing and executing A/B tests
- Familiarity with user acquisition and LTV models
- Understanding of Product Development lifecycles
- Highly detail oriented; ability to meet deadlines and effective problem solving skills
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management
- A mature, self-motivated person with a positive, professional attitude
- High capacity to operate effectively in a turbulent startup environment
